The Spastic Children's Association of
Singapore (SCAS) was established in 1957
to provide special education, rehabilitation services, vocational
training and gainful employment for children and adults with
cerebral palsy in Singapore.
Special education was introduced with the setting up of a school
in 1966. In 1984, a workshop
was added to provide sheltered employment for adults with cerebral
palsy. |
